Position Overview
The Audra Jackson Insurance Agency is looking to add a multilingual member to its team. If you are outgoing and enjoy working with the public, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. The office is looking for a hard-working, organized professional who is able to connect well with people via phone or in person. As a State Farm Agency, the office markets only State Farm insurance and financial service products.
Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Fluently speaks Spanish and/or French
  • People-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
